Raised in an immigrant family, he watched his parents work tirelessly and make countless sacrifices to create better opportunities for their children. Although they had limited financial resources, they instilled something even more valuable: the belief that education, integrity, and determination could change the course of a family's future.
Motivated by those values, Hiep pursued a career in engineering and spent more than 25 years in the technology industry. While his career provided stability and professional success, it also revealed an important truth: earning a good income alone does not automatically lead to long-term financial security.
Throughout his career, Hiep met many hardworking individuals and families who were doing everything right: building successful careers, raising families, and planning for the future, yet still felt uncertain about important financial decisions. They wanted to make informed choices but often lacked access to clear, unbiased financial education.
That realization became the foundation for LegacyNest Financial.
Today, Hiep is passionate about empowering individuals and families through financial education.
